Rapid Fat Loss 2.0

Fuck me, the tread made it to the top of page one.

Re-Bump

@Sick Rick, PM me or post your daily diet/workouts. I’ll take a look at it. Sounds like something is off.
My waist/weight went steadily down, never went up. It stayed the same for a few days and then I got the “whoosh” effect where I’d lose 3-4 lbs in a day, but it never went up.

After a week off the diet I gained back a whopping 3 lbs (water) and no inches back on my waist. SUCCESS !

^Congrats!

^ Thanks, but its nothing compared to your progress. You’ve been extremely open and honest about your struggle to lose weight, that takes alot of strength.

I hope you keep reaching all your goals.

^ And thank YOU!

It was only a struggle because I wasn’t fully committed…I wasn’t giving anything enough time to work and then I’d half-ass it at best…

I’ve completed the RFL twice successfully. This will be my final time cutting for the summer I was wondering what some of you thought of my idea.

I’m going to start using Clen along with the rapid fat loss diet to retain muscle and lose more fat. Clen is cycled 2 weeks on/off so instead of doing RFL for 4 weeks, what do you guys think of RFL for 2 weeks, maintenance for 2 weeks, etc?

I havent been back over here to the Supp and Nutrition forum and seen the RFL thread since i finished mine last time lol. Good to see people are still doing it. Im gonna be doing it again next month with my girlfriend before a wedding where she’s the Maid of Honor and wants to look extra good lol. I’ll be checking back by from time to time until then… then I’ll be posting quite a bit. Keep up the good work everyone.

how long did it take for people who were stalling to whoosh? and what do you think triggered it?

alright well looks like its time to hit up the RFL again. My girlfriend and I are going to a wedding and she wants to do the diet with me. We’re gonna start tomorrow so I’ll be updating our progress in here.

I’m starting my 3 week Rapid Fat Loss today. What are some staple meals you guys turn to on the diet?

Shrimp w/broccoli and low-sodium soy sauce.

Alright day 1 in the books and it was a piece of cake. Went to a new gym today with my GF to check it out and do the first full body workout. I’m think i’ll lift three days a week this week and maybe twice next week to see how it goes? Weight was 215 and I dont know the BF? My avatar pic was last week so my BF% isnt very high.

Highlights of the workout:
3x6 front squat with 225 (havent done front squats in months and my groin was sore from my flagfootball game saturday)
3x8 DB bench with 100’s (been doing 531 and hitting the DB’s again was a nice change)
then other accessory arm, back, shoulders and core work.

Have a good night everyone

My gift to my fellow RFL’ers

Let me tell you, while I was eating this I had to keep telling myself that I wasn’t cheating, and I wasn’t. It was so delicious! It was comprised of things I would normally eat on the diet, except in an unusual combination. Behold, the RFL Pancake.
This is basically a variation of Protein Pancakes(Which I highly recommend!! 1/2 cup dry oats, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 3 eggs, blended into a batter, then cooked in a pan.)
The RFL Pancake is exactly that, minus the oats. Add lots of cinnamon! It is a very interesting consistency, and hardly passes for a pancake. You should buy some SpringTree Sugar-Free Maple Syrup, its only 30 cals 12g carbs per 1/4 cup, which is a lot! 1/8 cup works fine. This is healthy stuff all on the diet and prefect delicious snack for before bed. Especially for people like me, I get the worst munchies ;D

ohhh that sounds good. I don’t really like cottage cheese much but that sounds pretty good.

yeah I know what you mean. I think a lot of it is just the consistency/texture that I just cant handle

.greg.

I don’t think anyone really likes cottage cheese, its something you learn to bear with haha. Anyway, the batter than is created doesn’t resemble cottage cheese one bit in taste or texture, especially with the syrup.
My room mate hates cottage cheese, however he loves the protein pancakes. Try it out! The slow digesting protein in the cottage cheese is great before bed and also keeps you fuller longer; a huge plus on the RFL.

yeah I’ll definitely give it a try… does it turn out pancakey after you cook it?

day two was pretty easy for me… my girl was struggling cause she has a insanely busy schedule with full time school, full time work and an internship but we’re getting back after it again today. She’s a trooper and has a good attitude about it

Day 3 coming to an end…not so bad. Been looking forward to my free meal tomorrow big time. and my refeed on sunday bagels, dominoes…oh man.

Did you try out those pancakes yet?
