^^The first time I did the diet I weighed myself on day 1 then again on day 11 (did cat 1)
I followed the prescribed workouts and lost 14 lbs.
The second time i did it I thought it’d be ok to workout more (basically using my normal workout split) and weighed myself after 6 or 7 days and was only down like 1 or 2 lbs… I dont really know what that means? but its definitely something!
I finally bought a scale of my own because I don’t think the one at the gym is terribly accurate. Anyways, I’m at about 227 right now, started at about 248, according to a scale at a friend’s house I used about a week before I started the diet.
^^if I was you I would use the same scale for start/finish weights and then re weigh on your new scale for comparison. Great work on the weight loss though. Kick ass

I know, but I don’t have access to the other one anymore, and the one at the gym is too inaccurate. Anyways, I’ll be using the same one from now on. Oh, thanks btw I appreciate the kind words.
ok cool… well keep it up man!
Just bumping the good old thread. Anyone experience a lack of desire for refeeds? I’m just not feeling it anymore, still do em but I don’t feel all that hungry.
I never did cat 2 so I dont know much about the refeed but I would assume the first one would be monstrous and then after that you’d possibly lose the desire to as you adjusted more to the low cals?

Here are some pics of the progress thus far.
another one. Going to try to attach the before pic as well
I don’t think the other one worked so here’s the before.

That didn’t work.
I didn’t like refeeds either…specifically because it would take me 5 days just to get back to where I started before the refeed!
you’ve made great progress Chim!!

Thanks guys, I appreciate the kind words. I can’t wait for to get to the end result.
Hey Chim just wanted to say that with that kind of progress you must really be motivated to continue. You look awesome!

Thanks deb! It’s great to have support from people like you
Congrats Chim! Lookin good. I finished my refeed on Sunday (wings and beer and other goodies). Glycogen stores back down and back on for another round. Going to the lake this weekend so it’ll be a bit short since it’s a reunion trip of sorts so while there’ll be a ton of meat and what not there will also be some beer. Either way still feelin good about it all, having a lot more vascularity in my triceps/shoulders now and a bit more in my quads.
