Looking lean.
So you’re def starting BBB now?
Yeah thats the plan. Its hard cause I have so many conflicting goals right now! I really wanna dunk and thats what I’ve been working on since stopping 531 but then again I wanna get hugified. I wanna just get my dunk first then back to putting on size. BBB sounds legit though so maybe the high frequency squatting will help my hops?
.greg.
Day 2 for me, it’s not too bad since I’m just chugging lots of water to get over the hunger pangs. Haven’t checked my weight yet but I can tell my waist is a bit narrower.

Maybe, idk. I’m as white/whiter than you so I accepted the fact long ago that I can’t dunk.
BBB is a straight mass program. If you gain weight it may be harder to propel your big ass up to the hoop.
Were you looking into the 4x week or 6x week version?

Gum, sugar free jello, broccoli, celery sticks, tea. Those all helped me with hunger.
I used casein shakes throughout and it kept hunger at bay.

My main staple is water and green beans with a ton of sea salt on it. I went through a 3 lb bag of green beans in 2 days. I bought celery as well but without any blue cheese to dip it in, it’s just not the same. I can tell my stomach is shrinking though, I had 2 cheeseburgers (96% lean meat and fat free cheese no bun) for my main meal today and it made me ridiculously full, whereas normally I’d be able to down 3 or 4 burgers. 660 calories of gloriousness. Yes it was half my daily calories, and yes I’ll be hungry later when I only have a chicken breast for a pre-bed snack but I’m still glad I had it. This may be a first for me too, I went to two social functions (bar that my friends band was playing at last night and pool party today) and had no alcohol, not even casual drinks, at either.
ground turkey with a bag o shredded lettuce and salsa!
lol@ getting yo big ass up to the hoop!

I was looking at the 4x a week one at first. As I read through the BBB thread it seemed like the 6x a week program was getting a lot of good reviews from people. I have the time to do 6 days a week so I might try that one out.
It definitely would be harder to get up with the extra weight. I’m grabbing rim mid palm right now so I think I need only a few more inches to get the job done. (<----Insert penis joke here)
I just wanna get the dunk down then start pushing on through to 225

Come on Greg, you’ve gotta add to the ranks of white guys who can dunk. If I can do it at a whopping 5’8" you can do it.

I did 4x week, but underestimated it, didnt eat enough and burnt out.
If you do try 6x week, you will need to eat like a viking.
As for penis length, you’re good based on that pic you Pm’d me.

Sounds like you’re doing great. Good luck.
As for the 5’8" dunk, I gotta request that a video of that be posted in this thread immediately.

damn thats awesome! I’d like to see a video too cause little guys with ups always look way more bad ass than taller guys who can throw down. I really do need to hit up the OLY lifts but I dont really have anyone to teach me proper technique… I dont wanna hurt myself doing snatches since I’ve never done them before.
I think if I weighed less it’d be easier to jump but I dont really want to weigh less… its hard to get up 210+ at 5’11"

Doubt I could do it right now. I’ve got a partially torn hip flexor or strained hip flexor and no health insurance to get it looked at. Right now back squatting hurts a ton, front squat at times, box jumps or just dropping from standing to the hole. I can still get rim with a half squat jump, just can’t get above it with the injury as is.
When I could dunk, I was 165, 455 parallel back squat/365 front squat and not injured. Most of my weight was also in my legs and not much up top due to me rowing lightweight and having to have my weight where it was needed, not where it looked good.
So if you want a half/quarter squat rim hang at 5’8" injured I can give that but it’s unlikely I’ll be able to get back up above the rim far enough to dunk until I’ve gotten an MRI and this injury fixed.

As I said above, I can give a video of me being able to hang on rim with the injury, but it’s unlikely I can full on dunk right now due to it (haven’t tried due to pain lately). At one point I managed a 59 inch box jump (not vert just jumped up on a box 59 inches from standing still) I’m ready for this communist health care system to kick in and get an MRI and surgery if needs be.
Back on topic, but the hunger issues seem to have gone completely (knock on wood).

Yeah it eventually fades. Where are you as far as cat, and stats since you started?

Started as cat 2(still am). I’m exactly one week in and thus far I’ve gone from 240 22ish%bf to 225 18ish bf%. The BF measurements are done by me with electronic calibers, so I don’t put TOO much stock in them. My waist has gone from 42 to 39.
