Ramp Sets Not So Good?

The greetings of everyone. I have thinks sat in my car today of education, and I have concluded these ramps sets when expoused through the magnet of Prof X and such is not completely just as effective to construct muscle as much of on this raw advice.

They see, is that can be seen reading by the works by far such authors, whom I believe this volume, this step intensity, is the key to the growth, and actually this is seen in training by much bodybuilder. While using of the ramp rule in contrast to the upright series you waste the time in the gymnasium, that could be issued otherwise to register more volume through bodypart.

Also through the same nature of the series of ramp, you must a long time rest between the series that when Chad Waterbury said, are poorly for the body formation. I try only to show people on this advice, that only because people is large as a Prof X, mean NOT that they have cause to right.

You fail @ being a troll…

my brain hurts after tryin to decipher that

Let’s not fuel this one, guys.

This is too obvious for anyone to be trapped.

I will fuck you I no Troll. Only, because someone has a different standpoint, to which you made, does not make them a Troll. Soak.

The reason my English could be a very bad one is because I cannot speak it I use software of translation.

Dang, I left my “Troll to English Dictionary” at home.

Oh, and if your English sucks how do you know you have comprehended the posts by Prof X (or anyone else, for that matter) who do write in English and discuss ramping?

I only tried to read for 3 seconds. You fail.

If your point is valid, please post pictures of yourself and your physique transformation.

I said this thread should be avoided because if you’re not a troll, you’re just very stupid. I honestly don’t even know what the fuck you’re saying for most of your post. You’re saying the Waterbury talks about intensity, but ALL RAMP SETS ARE is preparation for one all-out intensity set. This is a bodybuilding forum. You may be more interested in a “General Fitness” on Average-Nation.com.

Go somewhere else, no one wants to hear what you have to say about anything.

Who fucks makes think are yourself that you? I am interested in the body constructing, therefore I am on this forum. I doubt simply the effectiveness of these series of the ramp. Do you say that that person never constructed a respectable physique of the straight sets? How stupid can you be?

And I do not see why you doubt the concepts of Chad rest. Why is he author for this place and you not? Perhaps this is because he knows more than, that you think, when you made have. Fuck, some people are stupid

Please stop.

LOL @ “I will fuck you…”

Using an English translator to troll, that’s classic.

ps: I would fuck me too.

God this is the funniest thread I have ever read. Perfect first thing in the morning.

Despite all laughs and cries of troll your person of refuted you my complaints since nevertheless. Thus, I left to conclude that I have the reason here unless someone explains me in fact why the series of ramp are as much better than upright series.
