Rack Pulls

What height should the bar be when you do rack pulls?

The lowest setting on my rack is still above my knees.

Ive been doing 4 sets of deads from the floor than one set of 3 from the rack.

Tate recommends doing them from as many different heights as possible, from just off the floor to about two inches below the knee.

As the previous poster suggested, stand on a box (or sneak a drill into your gym and start drilling some new holes!).

Where’s you deadlift weakest?

I’d say do rack pulls from right about there or an inch or 2 below.

As someone else said, stand on a box, or stack some plates and put the bar on them.
