I noticed Thib recommended doing some rack pulls 1" ABOVE the knee. I always thought they should always be a couple inches BELOW the knee. Why would he recommend doing them above?
Pulls from below the knee (for me) seem to take the hips out to some degree and put more focus on the erectors. I would say above the knee would do this to an even greater degree and be “mostly” an erector movement.
