Iāve got he deadlift at 3x315 and 1x325.
my squat however is not even close. most recently 3x5x210 and 3x215.
iāll probably get a 500lbs deadlift before a 315 squat.
Can I join in for front squats? Not back squatting on the current program ![]()

just hit 315x1 squatting last night. Max DL was 405, but that was months ago and I havenāt been training deads. next goal is 315x5 for squats and see where my deadlift has gone lol.

Currently at 255 atg. Iām just doing what feels right, tbh. Not really following a set program. Just working up to a daily 1rm by doing sets of triples, doubles, and singles.

Last week I hit 325 for 3 on the DL. Gonna shoot for 300 on the Squat, maybe 315 if that goes well.
I pulled 315 for 10 the other day. I am currently at 275x1 for squat. Iām running 531 and hoping to hit 315 by sept/oct.
Iām bowing out of the race for now, due to an injury.

Squat - 250 x 3
Pull - 330 x 5

Decided I should just go for it today⦠did 315x1 on squat, went up fast, so I put on 325, I did that too! 45lbs PR. WOO. FINISHED THE RACE.

Long story⦠basically, I was benching, asked for a spot, the guy failed at spotting me. Iām out of the gym for at least 6 months.
