Thanks. I really need to get some knee wraps and a belt, been liftingg without and I think my attempt wouldve been better with the wraps., couldve gotten a second rep.
Back Squat is coming along and I’m gonna be patient with it. Barring any setbacks I should have my 315 attempt ready in May, cant wait.
Why knee wraps?

My left knee was a little shaky on the way up and it was pretty sore all day after that.
Wow had a great training seshh today
Squat: 260x5
Dead: 285x3
both were fairly easy
tested my squat max today, got 125kg (275 pounds) for 5 reps. I will be starting 5/3/1 next week, looking forward to hitting that 3 plate squat soon. The predicted 1rm calculator on my spread sheet says i should be good for it late April early may. I might wait until the end of may to give it a go, cant wait!

Nice job! It’s always good to have that “easy” feeling when you’re close to your goal.

Nope no belt, 100% raw. To be honest I’ve never had trouble in the hole, I have trouble about 2 inches above parallel. I was thinking of getting a belt a few months ago but I’m too cheap to spend my $10 a week allowance on it aha. How I love being 16.

Gratz on the Bench, always great to pass the century mark.
Did Snatch Grip Rack Pulls today, from about mid-shin level, which for me is always a lot harder then from the floor. Got 315x6, so solid PR there.
Squat 225 for 5 just now. Pack the neck! and fuck half squatters.
