Squatted 270 x 3 today, a PR. Progress on SS is definitely slowing down

Squatted for the first time in Adistars. Damn, Iāve been missing out! Felt rock solid through the shoes and the weight felt right through my heel. Loved it.
Went 110x8. 2 rep PB for me.
The shoes are excellent, but remember, keep working on your hip mobility. From Fletch: āThe heels artificially give you more ankle flexion. This extra ankle flexion takes the place of hip mobility and has the potential to start knee problems. I would suggest using the shoes for the mean-while, but religiously working on your hip mobility. Once you have the mobility, go for no heel and if you still feel more comfortable with a heeled shoe after giving no heel a good chance, go for the shoe with the heel but maintain the hip mobility.ā

295 box squat for 1 2 days ago. Should be hitting 315 with no box in a week or 2

275 6x4 last squat work out. Most weight Iāve ever lifted.
Forgot to post but just hit 330x1 deadlift so just beat that one. Up next is 315 squat, squatting tmrw so weāll see.
I got 285x2 today. Happy with this considering I spent all yesterday playing rugby and Iām pretty banged up and sore.

Was wondering what type of programs you all are running for squats & deads.
I myself just started a cycle of Smolov for squats Monday as i felt like i need a more structured program. Will do my best to keep the log here as up to date as possible so drop on by.
