Got 130kg quite easily yesterday. Gaining some weight at the moment so I think 140kg is within reach to hit during the next month or two, with work.
No vid but I got 315 for a T&G double after my 290 x 4 amrap set.
90kg x 10, which was a 3 rep PR, followed by 95kg and 105kg (a 5kg PR) for triples. The 105 set I meant to put on 100kg, so it felt heavier than I expected, and I didn’t touch the chest on the last rep. It’s starting to take off now.
Got a meet Feb 1st with USAPL here in CO and plan on opening at 137.5kg. Crossing my fingers.

I can’t because I can’t hit depth in the squat for shit. Due to two surgeries when I was a teen, and restructuring of the head of the femur, my right thigh will barely bend past 90 degrees of my pelvis. I can do decent in deadlift, just because you don’t have to bend at the hips as much.
The other aspect is a pride thing. There are push/pull meets, but since my dead isn’t at a high level, and I can’t make it that way, I just compete bench only.
Finally hit 315 for the first time since last October due to injury. Its touch and go but nice control and but stayed down. Lacking in lockout power but getting it fixed. Will post video in a few hours.

Just did 310 in competition last weekend, got called for a butt lift, but it was minimal if anything, I’m thinking I can hit 315 clean next week when I’m fresh

Got 92.5kg for 10, then a triple with 105kg.
Hit 137.5 kg in a USAPL comp on Saturday, but failed at 140 kg. Got a NASA comp in 4 weeks. I need to work on my pause work, because a week ago, I did 320 lbs for a double tNg.

i’m in. right now i’m hovering around 295-300. best is 305. bench has frustrated the heck out of me for too long. All i want is 3 wheels! weighing in about 215.
Finally!!! 315 baby, finally joined the club. About 185ish pounds. Felt smooth, have more in me. Probably the highlight of my lifting career so far! 365 club next

Next time tell your spotter to keep his hands off the bar until you finish the lift. It looks like you had it on your own, but…

nahh it was all me. I didnt even realize he had his hands that close until I watched the video. He’s not my normal spotter, I had to workout at a differ time then my normal training partners, I’ve had him spot me before and he didn’t have his hands that close so I didn’t think of telling him. No worries though, this was touch and go and in the gym so its not official official. Wait two weeks when I do 320-325 with my normal training partners(:
