The first time I benched the big wheels I nearly peed myself in excitement. I’m not going for singles right now. Closest plate benchmark I would aim for would be a 315 dead, best is around 305, but again, haven’t gone for a single in ages.

My bench 1RM is up to 35# plate… I’m coming up on that big girl plate… I can taste it

So, this might not make sense, but I have an idea–
Anyone want to race toward a % increase on their lifts? Like, increase my squat by 4% or whatever…then we’re all on a more level playing field. I guess it’s no different than choosing an arbitrary weight to race toward (because I have an impossible time determining how fast lifts will move), but since some people don’t do 1RM and some are starting from lower/higher weights, might help to even the race.?!?

I agree, this would make more sense. As well something along the lines of a 2xBW DL, or BW bench, or 1.5 BW squat. That way things are all respective to each person.

Trying to get a better form so I have changed my squat to the bottom up ones for now. Keeping my ass in I am up to 3sets 3reps with one plate. That counted pause on the pins is a killer!
My DL working wight is 265 3sets 5reps again remembering to pause on the floor.
My Bench press needs a lot of help Im at 3sets 5reps at 95lbs. Man I got to work on this!!!
