Quick Meal Before a Training

Hello, somethime i would like training early for “gain” time. The things is, with my breakfast i need to wait minimum one hours, im thinking about a effective collation for training quickly after that i wake up and take the breakfast after the trainings.

Something like 30g of whey maybe and a banana with 100ml of fermetend milk and 20 g of black chocolate ( 250 kcal ) and then after 30 minute go to training, what do you think about thats ?

If some of you are in the same case and training really early if u had some advices for a short snack digestion before train

Depends on you really. For me - that would be too much food before training, and a hard pass on the dairy products. I usually do a small peanut butter and jelly sandwich maybe an hour or so before training, but too much more and I have a hard time keeping it down.

Waiting one hours is to much for me, i want wake up example in 5:30 clock am, and then eats somethings enough for train after 30 minute

I try this morning, a banana, collagen 20g, 20g Chocolat black, a orange and train my shoulder after that, it seems that was good, but the night before i had a huge meal so i don’t know

I will try different variant of snack training and check, but if i find it, can to be really good for gain some precious time organisation

I have done everything from full meals like this

(2 whole eggs, 1 egg white, 2oz of meat, half an avocado)

to completely fasted.

All you can really do is experiment and find what works for you. As long haven’t been fasting for days, you’ll have enough nutrition in you to power through a workout and see growth.

I’m not a fan of training early AM. I need to wake up first. But if forced to train fasted I find eating during training really helpful. The gym I got to has flap jacks. Or I have taken banana bread with me.
If I were forced to train early AM and breakfast was an issue a whey drink with a banana would be something I’d try.

Iam not forced to wake up, u don’t know why i just cant sleep a long time (naturally) so if i can start the day by train its a good things, like that a can have a lot of time after it and i start the day right.

So banana collagen chocolat a little bit milk will be my preworkout

And after the training a big breakfast

I train 4 minutes after eating that

I also wake up early naturally. Typically 0330 wake up and first warm up set by 0345

do you have some digestive problems ?

4 Minute your body don’t have times to use what u give to him before training, its crazy that you don’t feel heavy a bit, did u try to go after 2 hours and notice if u feel a difference ?

That’s not why I eat it. Again: I am not fasted for multiple days before training: I have nutrition in me.

No i don’t think, just i Always heard that is not good to not waiting after eats when u want training.
So i was thinking about a fast snack for go to the gym without waiting to much for training and take a real meal after the train, like that i can eats also more, for to be honest i can eats a “lot” 3500 kcal for me is a lot aha, and still iam 180 cm for 70 kilo … Faster metabolism with nursing work i walk a lot… Best combination for don’t gain mass… And i don’t want eats to much like 4000 kcal… Its to much even if i can

Ok i get it, so if i don’t fasted i will still have energy in the morning for had a good training.

But still i don’t think it’s optimal to eat and train directly, but still that didn’t block you for train so…

you should go train fast but with a shake intraworkout ; CARBS POWDER + EAA

best thing you can do.

buckwheat flour its fine (carbs powder )

amino acid like BCAA but this is better than BCAA. BCAA tend to disapear. EAA CLUTCH

You may have answered this, and I skipped over it, but what happens if you don’t eat before training? Because that seems like the easiest solution. When I train in the early am (albeit, I rarely do big squats or deadlifts at that time), I just eat after.
