I know you are coming out with the Beast Evolves II, but if you have time I have a couple questions for you.
First, what method did you use to calculate your body fat percentage and how often did you check it?
Did you notice any kind of patterns to it besides straight down during your 14 weeks?
Did you do your cardio and workouts at the same time, or did you split them am/pm?
Did you drink any diet beverages or use a lot of “fake” sweeteners?
Last, did you use the once a week cheat meal or stay strictly on the diet the whole time?
