My lifts are currently…
Bench Press - 315 x 2
Deadlift - 405 x 1
Squat - 300 x 6
Military Press - 200 x 1
The deadlifts and squats are base level lifts. I have only done them a handful of times so expect to push those lifts up a lot in the next 12 months. Im starting a minimum 6 month cycle of 5/3/1 in November.

These lifts are fine just jump in do a comp, where do you live, there is the GBPF north west champs on 6th december, you can lift as a guest if you don’t live in that region.
