Question for Chad Waterbury

CW, I am doing WS and am trying to move from hitting each assistance muscle twice a week to three to four times. My main interest is increasing functional strength in the powerlifts. So I was following your progression outline in a previous Branding Iron and working my way up to alternating 3x weekly with 4x weekly, or alternating 3x weekly with a quattro dynamo type set-up.

Do you feel something like this is better for strength then say working a bodypart twice a week with more sets? For instance doing major assistance muscles/weak points using your 8-10x3-5 protocals; one day I would hit tri’s with a 8x3 then next time a 5x12…

I am guessing though that for strength more frequency is better?
