Alright, something actually relevant to the discussion, a quote from Dave Tate from the latest elitefts article, speaking about targeting the lower lats:
“And where I disagree with a lot of stuff that was said years ago is in bodybuilding you need to train your weakness first. I disagree with that. I think, especially with your back, you want to fatigue everything else firstâ??then go after whatâ??s weak. Because everything else is already shot. So itâ??s going to be really hard for that to take over. So when everything else is shot, itâ??s going to be easier for you to zero in on a movement that might be able to target that.”

Clearly he has no clue what he is talking about…because he contradicts some posters here who think this idea is useless.

LOL…so the OP found benefit. I found benefit. Dave Tate found benefit…but because some pictureless dudes on the internet think it’s “wrong” the idea needs to be laughed at and had memes’ thrown at it for several pages.
The smart people will learn something and use it if it works to get bigger.
Everyone else will keep complaining about popularity.

You still don’t get it. Nobody said your method was useless. You were called our for saying pre-exhausting chest on chest day didn’t make any sense.

One-note song. Keep pretending you didn’t dismiss the other method as senseless. Hypocritical.

And many smart people use/will use the other method and get bigger. What’s your point?

Again. One-note song. Divert and ignore, talk about e-popularity instead.

Yeah he is saying if you wanna get bigger rear deltoids you should first do rows before doing reverse flys. Not what PX is saying or what pre-exhaust is about. Pre-exhaust is the opposite doing reverse flys before rows. PX is saying do biceps before rows and reverse flys to get bigger shoulders. What PX is saying is weird stuff he invented to cover his failure in knowledge and misunderstanding, a technique he has never used but has defended for 14pages.
actually there were plenty of people dismissing X’s method as useless or stupid on this thread, some of you act like that wasn’t the case. That’s why I found that tidbit from Tate interesting.
I guess the moral of the story is that huge people are on both sides of the issue.

No Tate is not saying what X is saying.
Tate is saying instead of pre-exhaust( first pecs and then benchpress) you should first benchpress and then pecs - not what PX is ‘advising’.
