Nice make-up. You girls have made this place so bright and cheery. I swear I want that apple crumb cake recipe when you have time.

You might want to lay off the cakes.

Which is why you have 50,000 posts on a single bodybuilding forum.

?? Does not compute.

I don’t have a facebook page or visit youtube much or visit any other forums much. I am sure I use the internet way less than you
so your point is??
detazathoth wrote:

Good to know.

?? LOL. Yeah, stay out of Texas. I am implying that if you talk shit here, chances are way more likely you will have to prove it also. Talking shit and simply walking away untouched as you mouth off randomly probably ain’t happening here like it does there.

That actually isn’t even a bad thing. Way less bullshit.

Lol I’m glad I got whoopi, she was great in lion king.
and I actually did get heckled by a man your age last month prof. dude was talking shit about my grunting while doing dips, so I asked him if this is a library or a gym. We laughed, he said fair enough, and I continued to grunt a bit. maybe when I’m older and wiser ill learn how to make gun threats on forums

I’m not sure why my point isn’t so hard to figure out.

You have 58,000 posts on this forum because this is where you get to feel like a badass and bully people around
err
excuse me, “help them”. I bet if you did have a facebook page, you’d be the same quiet little man you were in the videos with CT because your real name would be attached to it and the things you said would be viewable by people you knew in real life.
NikH wrote:
Professor X,
Do you realize that you wouldnt be like this in real life either? If a guy was starting you in the face you’d say ‘oh okay my bad haha’ or whatever. But instead you have to keep your ‘internetface’ on.

Nobody is gonna think less of you if you dont know some specific bodybuilding technique, but everyone will start looking down on you if you dont admit you were wrong about something when it’s clear.

Same way I have watched your tnation videos and thought to myself he doesnt use huge weights, his technique looks odd (like the lunge on), but I thought they have an explanation like the one ‘you hurt your elbow, knee’ etc. But when you talk like in this manner I start to think you are just a roidrager with bad technique and zero knowledge. You sound like lance armstrong without the victories.
LOL
wow. CT decided what weights we used and what exercises. Most of that shit I hadn’t done before or in quite a long time
so your post makes no sense. That wasn’t a strength contest. He was looking for weaknesses, not strengths. I don’t train like we did in CO
so what is your point?

In real life, most gyms won’t see a scene where a big guys start talking about technique only to be broadsided by some guys like you who don’t look built.

You are a troll here, that’s all.

I already stated I got the term wrong. That isn’t what you want. You are still here talking shit.

The reason my elbow is wrapped is because of an injury from a car accident. The fact that I even did that much weight n bench press shows I’m not weak
so try again.

Uh, no, I have that many posts because I have been here for about 12 years.

Get over yourself. Those posts got me a free trip to CO among other things
so you can bag the bullshit.

LOL. Not the point. the average driver here is likely strapped. That changes people’s attitudes
not just the “dangerous” looking people either.

Hey
I am sure it is on right after The View. So no. I haven’t seen it. I am sure it is “real life” though.

I am laughing at this
but I have to leave and actually do shit today.

The point is, maybe if you pass through Texas, assume the person next to you is strapped. That’s all.

No, The Town was a movie, not real life, but was a depiction of the underground, violent criminal world of the New England area, whose participants prefer to settle beefs in violent ways. Anyway, normal people don’t behave like that and aren’t involved in that world.

And people involved in lifting aren’t going to cave someone’s head in because they criticized their form for lunges, prowler pushes, and overhead presses unless they’re fucking insane!

Headed out to do 9 sets of back in 60 minutes? Maybe gonna go pre-exhaust delts and tris before getting after the hammer strength incline for upper chest day? Don’t worry about pre-exhaust, from the videos of your CO trip that you “earned”, you don’t need much more than a flight of stairs to exhaust anything. I would put money on you posting again in this thread, no matter how comical you claim to find it. Someone insulted your e peen and you must defend your honor.

serious question. when i pre exhaust chest with flyes, i feel an incredible pump and MMC during the few sets of flyes. but when i move on to compounds my chest is fried already and i feel my front delts take the majority of the pressing abuse.

i think i have to side with prof x and fatigue my front delts before pressing.

pretty much sums up the last page or so.

I would bet most of the huge guys in most gyms don’t read up on this shit
especially if they are over the age of 30.

Your comment here makes little sense.

My goal is to build muscle
not learn all of the latest jargon or give a shit about it.
Above is your response when it was explained to you. Again, you’ve failed to understand simple biomechanics. If you’re triceps fail, the lift is over.
Wow
and we also discussed how the goal is NOT failure and not all out training the triceps with heavy weight. The goal is fatigue.

LOL at “latest jargon.” You keep ignoring the fact that this was a staple of Dorian Yates’ training, which gives you roughly two decades to have brushed up on it.

Once again, if you pre-fatigue a limiting muscle group, you’ve only succeeded in lowering the weight at which it becomes a limiting factor.

And since this is bodybuilding, I’m well aware that fatigue is the goal. To grow the chest the most, you need to induce the most muscle damage in the chest. You do that by making sure the chest is on the same playing field as the rest of its bench synergists, e.g. via pre-fatigue of the muscle you are targeting.

Are you going heavy on the compounds?

This went from blah topic to typical boring PX bullshit to fun to downright painful.
