I work out on my lunch hour during the week and I can’t get to the gym on Sat.
can I just do in on Mon, Tue, Thur and
Fri. and take weekends off.
What kind of results did you get on this program…
I did the same split you are talking about (M,T,Th,F) and it works fine. Just make sure you get some solid sleep time in. It is a very taxing program. I loved it.

Did you use the TRIBEX and MAG-10 with this program?
I think I used MAG-10 with QD last summer. And I cycled it with TRIBEX and M.
