I used QD last year as a mass gaining programme as prescribed and it worked well. My question is this: could you not use the basic template for QD for a longer term training programme to increase multiple qualities at once? Essentially it is only a 4 day a week conjugate programme, like Westside, but I actually prefer QD because of the added endurance day - it suits my needs. I also prefer whole body workouts for reasons unknown.
Is there any particular reason why the original was only a 3 week programme? I was thinking you could do 3 weeks on/1 week unload, then switch exercises and start again.
Any thoughts?
