Q.For Joel Marion

Hi Joel,
I’ve just reached my new 5 rep max in the linear cycle.I went from 85 kgs to 92 kgs in the bench. My question now is ;- Can i train my other body parts while i rest to attempt a new 1RM (i was thinking about next Wed for this) or do i just stop training altogether until i’m ready for a 1RM?
