I’ve been reading your posts concerning cutting and the 5x5 routine…have a couple of questions…
Lets say for bench the first week I do 225X5,4,4,3,2 then next week I do 225x6,5,4,4,3 for the first set would I stop at 5 reps even though I could have gotten 1 more? I take my 5rm and even though I can squeeze out 1 or 2 more reps on the first set I stop short correct? Thanks.
