If you have labs and a physical less than a year old he will review, diagnose, and ship your meds overnight. If not he will order labs (about $300) and send a physical sheet to be taken to a clinic to check vitals. Not a great way to go but is a way to go.
Also you could check with local compounding pharmacies for a reference to doctors who prescribes Test + HCG + AI.

Isn’t this illegal? I was under the assumption that you had to physically meet with your doctor in order to be diagnosed and treated.
I think I remember reading about a few doctors who got into serious trouble doing this.

Far as I know, it is not illegal. Just unethical IMO.
I know of a few that got into some shit, but that is because they were not doing the appropriate blood work and were prescribing HRT to guys that were not below the normal levels.
Good idea to get a referral from a local compounding pharm.

Run Google earth and zoom into your general region. Search [fly to] “compounding pharmacy”. Many will appear. Select one and phone them. Explain that you are seeking an male HRT doc who does TRT with hCG, E2 testing and control with anastrozole. Find the web sites of compounding pharmacies. Some have health questionnaires and other good material and offer to become central to your heath care.
If your doc is in GA, then health insurance will be better - if possible. Explain to the pharmacy that a doctor in GA may be best for insurance purposes.

You must be somewhere in the Kingsland, St Marys area. (I lived in SSI for a long time) I would try looking into the Jax area. Not too far a drive and a fairly large metro area.
