Putting On Mass Under Constant Stress

Yeah i was a defense guy over there for 6 or 7 years. Did some cool stuff. Ate alot, trained alot. Had a contract for 10 months where they wanted me as hands off as possible… literally ate, slept and trained, on repeat, in an extremely well outfitted gym.

Downwind of the poop pond in Kandahar, but still good times.

Ok, I did it! It seems really interesting, I wouldn’t have thought, that one large set of squats will be so good…

Also, I’m thinking about keeping Stronglifts for a little while, as I’m making some strength progress, mostly on squats and I like the pace of the progress… That said, with the improved nutrition I hope, I’ll get some more muscle like that and after Stronglifts I’m taking Super Squats as a way to go.

Thank you very much, man!

That’s definitely good to hear :sunglasses: I’m curious how much I can put on right after Stronglifts…

Definitely demanding, but the training regime sounds really great… :sunglasses:

12 weeks is the longest I would run it

Because you expect a strength plateau afterwards or because of its little “mass-building” potential?

Because thats the max I would want to run a novice program. After that I have built enough skill and am ready to start building muscle
