Push Press or Dips?

I already train pc a lot. Im big on deadlifts and db snatches. I think the impingement may be from flexibility issues and not strength issues, because i have pretty good external rotation strength from Db snatches.

Im gonna try and get a massage soon, and find an ART specialist hopefully. I think its just a matter of finding the exercises that i can continue to work without pain.

Also, ive always focused on shoulders back and down, but was reading some articles on here today that stated you should pull them down. Im gonna change the way i do this and see if the impingement goes away.

Other than that, i’ll be doing face pulls, and neutral grip pullups for my upper body pulling.

As for upper body pushing, im thinking i’ll give single DB push press a try, and if i cant do these without problems, then i’ll take some time off from pushing movements.
