I got a punchbag for my home gym recently. I dont do much cardio and I’ve never done any boxing, but I was wondering two things…Whats punchbag training like for fat loss? Can it be a sort of HIIT training exercise? Secondly, if anyone uses bag work as a cardio supplementation to a predominently resistance based program, and finds it to be effective, can you give any tips on movements, set times, rest intervals etc
