Just like to input and say this thread is god damn motivating. I hope I “earn” that much volume when my strength levels are higher

Thanks bro. Glade I could help motivate. It helps me get my ass in the gym, reading posts like yours.

I’m loving this leg training man. I’m able to go every day and I can’t handle all that volume at once so I have a hamstrings and a quad day. I usually would do maybe 2 working sets of each exercise but I’ve worked my way up to 5 working sets each exercise and along with those motherfucking 100 rep extension sets I’m already seeing results. So thanks man haha, loving this log. Lot’s of good stuff in here.

I always dismissed this thread cause of the title. But holy fucking shit!

How many years training would you say before someone’s ready for this? Cause I wanna do it haha!

And thanks for posting all this and putting up with all the questions. You’re extremely motivating.

Yeah I should probally start a new log, with a new title.

I have been training for atleast 10 years. Well for muscle anyway.
So I have no idea when trying this high of volume would work. I would assume you would need a pretty solid base before trying it. But then again try it and see. I have no problem Answering questions just not about gear or the weights I use.
Those questions seem to led to huge headaches on my part.

Thanks! I’ll see how it goes very slowly working into it.

First day of my bulk this season starting weight 265lbs. Had to trim up a bit before I started, put on a little to much pizza weight to start a bulk from. Any how was just giving you guys an update on the training. Will be updAting on the bulk as I go along.
You guys have any questions for me regarding this bulk?

Was thinking of posting my measurements before and after, but not sure yet.

Tank, you’re a tank, dude.

That would be awesome man

Three questions came to mind, hopefully I didn’t just miss the answer earlier in the thread:

  1. How many years ago (or how many years into your 10 years of training) did you start the crazy high volume and was it somewhat sudden or did you start with half this, for example, then a bit more here and there until you got to this point?

  2. When you list 5x10, for example, are those all at the same weight so only the last 2 or so are really hard, or ramping up to one top set of 10?

  3. Do you think a routine like this is likely to give any progress to a natural? Feel free to ignore this one if it’s one of those ones that ‘gives you a headache’ lol but I’m wondering because I don’t even see IFBB pro’s doing this much volume

i will start with question 2 no they are the same weight. these exercises are designed purely for the pump. usally an exercise on the first set i can do fairly easy really pushing and holding each rep. with little rest time, by sets 4 and 5 i can barely finish the reps im on fire so badly.

one and three kind of go together i started working out at metroflex about three years ago and watched alot of ifbb pros and high level amatuers train. mimicked them for ever then kind of just adapted this program as i grow best this way. not sure on the natural thing probally to much volume.
