Gained 3.4 pounds from the cheat meal, but it was a damn good steak.
Edit: Starting Modified 5/3/1 tomorrow. I’ll be focusing on bench, military, and bent-over bar rows. I don’t have enough weight currently to do the deadlift justice, and I hurt myself every time I squat. The week will look like this–
Monday–Bench 5/3/1 starting with an estimated 300 max
Tuesday–Stiff leg deadlift, split squats
Thursday–Military 5/3/1 starting with a 195 max
Friday–bent-over bar row 5/3/1 with a max of 205
I’ll do two accessory lifts per day. For cardio, I’ll be pushing the prowler a few days a week.
Goals this month:
–lose at least 8 pounds
–get bench to at least 310
–get military to 205
–get bent-over bar row to 220
–work up to at least 255x6 on stiff leg deads.

I was going to take tomorrow off, but I’ll probably do abs since I skipped them today. Pushed the prowler last night for 8x30yards. Two of the trips my son sat on the thing and nearly killed me.

Lol. I do that too… the “.4” thing. Though it’s silly because even really expensive scales are not that accurate.
Before you say “mine is”, try this. Get on and weigh yourself. Then pick up a 15 pound dumbell and weigh again. Then put the 15 pound dumbell away and try one more time. Is your weight from the 1st and 3rd time the same. If it consistently is, you have a hell of a scale.
Most electronic scales seem to be programmed to trick you into thinking they are accurate by reporting the same weight as last time if it only differs by less than a pound or so. So you get on 10 times in a row, it gives the same result all 10 times and you think it’s great. But if you reset the “same as last time” thing with a significantly different weight, it will show it’s true accuracy.
I have no idea why I am posting this. I must be bored. Congrats on the great results. ![]()

I must have a badass scale because I can get on and get a reading, then take a big piss and get back on and it gives me a lower reading.
