Played tennis yesterday for the first time in a long, long while. My right shoulder wasn’t happy this morning, so I decided to keep it light. I think I had 20 reps in me at 225, but lifting by myself in the garage limits what I’m willing to try.

Weight 255. Down 7 pounds in two weeks.

Keep it up, I hate your bench by the way.

225x15 is pretty damn stout.
