Protruding Abs?

Oh I can say with 100% certainty they definitely have.

So if a guy is not willing to share a picture in an internet forum = doesn’t like the way he looks. That made so much sense.

Finally, one of a few people that gave a legit advice. Thanks. Have you tried these by yourself?

This picture sucks, but dudes pelvis is dumped to the front, and his upper abs could, possibly be described as protruding.
7-Ways-to-Fi-Anterior-Pelvic-Tilt

Heres tilted going to neutral. Again , poor picture, but you can see when his back is flat, his stomach is flat.

I did some McGill stuff, including the Curl Up. I felt like I was standing straighter, and could “feel” my lower abs and hamstrings better.

After a couple weeks, the Curl Ups didn’t feel as effective, but I was able to “remember” the correct alignment, and do my other lifts Better.

Weeks of Better lifting gave me some nice gains. Now, my lower back is getting a little tight, and my pelvis is tilting. So I’ll get back on the Curl Ups to straighten out again.

well, judging by this reaction, I’m more sure now. I don’t believe the ‘guys will jack off to me’ thing is legitimate. just not buying that. so there aren’t a whole lot of other options.

you are asking a question about a particular physique issue you believe you have. yet you won’t show us photographs of the issue, even though that would be helpful in solving your problem. This leads me to believe that it is out of embarrassment. It’s a reasonable conclusion to draw. It doesn’t HAVE to be the case, I just think it likely is. You can question my reasoning ability all you want, but I’m not a dum dum.

“they” as in those multiple pictures of Flip I’ve, I mean, someone, has jerked off to…

My first time doing those was completely puzzling. Like “Why can I not do this very simple thing?”.

I like any kind of Holds for that reason. Isometric stuff is cool to show me what I’m doing wrong.

I can’t remember the name of the move ( @twojarslave probably knows), but the first time I ever tried to transition from an armbar to a triangle choke to some kind of arm bar (using your leg - damn it I wish I could remember what it’s called) I was like “how the fuck do I make my body do this???”

It was the only time in my life I just didn’t know how to physically move my body to achieve what I wanted to achieve. It was a really weird experience and when it clicked I was like WTF…

*an Omoplata Jesus…

I learned from Joe Rogan that, if in doubt, it’s probably the omoplata.

MAAAAYBE the gogoplata.

Ya, that’s it!

I only know that move because I love yelling it at amateur MMA fights to heckle the fighters.

Visceral fat is only a small percentage of overall fat. Obviously, if your bf% is low and have abs, but your stomach is protruding, that highlights another issue.

I remembered having trouble with Granby Rolls. But I couldn’t remember if it was Gramby or Granby.

It was probably an omoplata.

I’m pretty sure those are Willy Wonka’s little helpers.

Yep that’s the move. One can lead to the other.

armbar to triangle to omoplata.

I actually store most of my body fat as Visceral… has it occurred to you that your abs are simply getting thicker?
