What the situation in the US? Have you already noticed that protein prices have increased due to excess demand of milk powder in China and the 3rd world. As far I have discussed there are still pressure to increase retail prices in 20%.
I have used to buy my proteins twice a year for 6 months supply at a time as well as having a bulk price. I use only whey concentrate as for basic protein and isolate for PW ( bi-bro from Davisco) casein/cottage-cheese for the night time.
I know some of the guys that use ON talked about the prices for 10 lbs going up by about $10-20 (from about $50 I think). I know EAS went up a little a while ago.
Here, at T-Nation, they went up a little ($2 for Metabolic Drive), but Grow! Whey didn’t go up. Hell, if that’s all they go up here, I can deal with that (I don’t have to buy an extra $15 worth of stuff for shipping costs).

Yeah… prices for ON definately went up. I’m not sure how the other brands are faring, but there was definately a jump. [/quote]
ON sure did go up. I have always been impressed with their protein though and feel confident it is of high quality. The fact that their prices have risen tells me they have stayed with the same manufacturers and distributors they have always used rather than looking for cheap alternatives (not that other companies haven’t) and I’ll continue using them.

Maybe they increased their prices so they can start a forum on their site?
