Cy, in your protein article you said that you need to consume 1/2 your daily projected protein goals after your workout. Is this in one meal or do I consume this in my post workout meal and my meal 90 minutes later?
Well, it was originally meant for you to consume that amount at one sitting. However, if this is too cumbersome or difficult for you, it’s possible to vary things a little. If you must, you can drop intake to around 30% and then ingest 20% about an hour later and then go on to the next regularly scheduled meal. Hope this helps.
