What do you think of Mikko Salo? He is crossfiter from scandinavia, probably lives somewhere near you and from what ive seen he is real badass i mean hes tough man, strong, fast and has incredible work capacity but maybe his training isnt pure crossfit who knows

His training isn’t crossfit, or pure crossfit. Wherever you want to draw the line. He does crossfit workouts for the documents and spots (obviously since he is a crossfit competitor). But as far as I am aware (or anyone who doesn’t know him personally) he seperates strength and event training, atleast. Don’t know if he even does much of the direct wods anymore, he said he does a wod as a finisher after doing strength work.
Oh and looks like the author is from Sweden. Mikko Salo is from Finland, different country. Ofcourse close is a relative term.
I also hate people whom crossfit. Which is hard to say, because all of my close friends do it, as well as my spouse!

I’m a bit lower on calories now, so might slowly be dropping weight until I’m gonna lean bulk again in a few weeks, so probably 2500 calories a day or so

nope, anything that even slightly affects testosterone or hormone levels is classified or whatever its called in sweden… worst crime you can commit, gives more time than homicide (even tho homicide only give a couple of years here lol, quite wierd)

Yeah that would be fun, I’ve gotten that suggestion a couple of times… however I’ve almost never worked out in a public gym so even though I can imagine and read peoples observations I can’t really relate to it and get sincerely pissed off like in the other videos ![]()
