thanks alot guys! its wierd, cuz the latest video have gotten more positive comments than anyone previous by far… yet also the most dislikes on youtube by far. I think it was because I linked it to reddits fitness page, they’re a negative bunch for sure. to anyone reading; if you dislike the video, please say why!

What would you recommend for better stimulating pecs during bench press, i think im using mainly triceps dont feel my chest even a bit??
my calves suck, they’re pale, hairy and have no definition^^ but they’re gonna get better! thanks!
For the shaker thing, just take a used 1- gallon milk container (or something similar), and use that as your shaker. I did that for years. Nalgene bottles work well too, and aren’t disposable. Use a funnel if the opening is too small.

wzwut; I don’t think I’ve ever felt my chest when doing bench press, except for on rare occasions! I think they grow anyway as its pretty much impossible not to use your pecs when doing bench… if u’re out for the burn, maybe flyes and dumbbell bench is better suited, or incline barbell bench press!
Ok thanks for advice! Ill try pre pump my pecs tomorrow then do extended sets of bench press and then flame them with additional sets of flyes and crossover
