I realize it’s not that big of a difference, that’s why it’s here and not in the photo forum, but I think I’ve done a decent job for about 3 1/2 months.
Just keep eating. You say that there is not a big difference in the before and after so I would wait atleast another 30+lbs of muscle before posting pics. Eat, sleep, and lift a lot. Good Luck
Thats good progress. Keep working out and settle in for the long haul. It does take time to get “big.” I remember after my first 2 consecutive years lifting I was convinced I was not getting any bigger, but eventually I got to where I was happy.

215-216 pounds
15-16% bodyfat? Who the hell knows.
Lifts: Not anything worth bragging about, but the improvement is what counts I guess.
Squat: Started at 105 in July, now about 205.
Deadlift: Started at 110 for 12 reps, last week 265 for 5
Bench: DB Bench, started at 50lb DBs, recently did 75 for 5.
May 2006 I weighed 195 lbs, for reference. So muscle and fat gain puts me at what, 10-12 pounds of muscle put on since then?
Great progress for 3 months.
