Progress Since June


Well, here I am almost 2 months after starting an intense mass building program. In that time I’ve packed on 10 lbs while decreasing my bofyfat by 2%. Most notible are my gains to my chest, abs and back.

This is the “before” pic, which was actually taken about a month after getting back into the gym, but taken before I got serious. As for my workouts. I primarily focus on compound exercises - Bench, squat and deadlift. I lift heavy and hit each body part at least twice a week.
