I have been doing a program designed by Stark for about a year now and the old body is starting to send some signals. The program was designed around heavy compounds and progression. I loved it, my strength and size increased, but I am starting to get some nagging in my shoulder and back. I am thinking of changing it up a bit to something with a little less volume and intensity. Just curious if anyone has anything they are running now that they really like or something they did in the past?

Lol. Thank you. I recycled the Best Damn program. I was doing one by Stark, but my joints started to complain, but I am getting to that change up point again. Its been almost a year now since I switched.
You might find that you donāt need to change programs as much as you need tweaks (and maybe mobility/recovery work). This is both funny and informative:
Thank you, I donāt change all that often really. Probably two programs in that last 5 or so years. Usually itās to keep me interested or try something fun, once because the heavy program was starting to take its toll. I could use that mobility work though. At my age that is probably where I need to make changes.
