Program Review Advice

Well this sure turned out to be a great use of time, thanks everyone for your helpful, positive and constructive feedback! Not really sure why everyone on here (except two of you, thank you for your help) are so aggressively pessimistic and belittling but I’ll leave that to you to solve as that is your own personal problem. I asked for advice, and literally only got… criticism? Is that the way these forums generally work? No one seemed to understand that my goals, as outlined in the OP, do not include squatting. The main reason why I lift weights now is for fun, which is why I don’t need to squat if I don’t like it. I want to stay away from it, period. I know that is suicide to some of you, but it is consistent with MY goals, not yours. I’m not training for any competitions, I’m a casual lifter interested in increasing my deadlift and gaining a few pounds. The level of collective condescension on here from all of you is laughable.
