Program for Limited Equipment

I am looking for a relatively simple program. I have limited equipment. Olympic bar, 300# weight, Olympic dumbbells, e-z curl bar, and a flat bench.

I know that there must be some program already on here, but there is a lot to sift through.

Thanks,
Reynolds

You call that limited equipment? How about a few potato sacks, some sand, and a tire for limited equipment. You can do a shit load with all of that.

Unilateral leg work, barbell/dumbbell stepups/split squats deadlift bench flys of all sorts overheard presses triceps extensions skull crushers.

Jesus man. Look up a workout and you’ll probably be able to do it. Buy a pull up bar and put it in a door way too.

Really bro most any program you can do Your not limited at all IMO. maybe check out some Of Chad Waterbury’s programs Like ABBH

What are your goals

Phill

Yeah, that’s not limited at all unless your squat and deadlift are already well over 300 pounds.

Since you have no squat rack two exercises you should definitely learn are the barbell hack squat and the pistol (single leg squat). The power clean and power snatch are also great and open the door to other lifts such as the front squat, military press, clean and jerk, push press, overhead squat etc.

Yeah, all I have is an olympic barbell, the short dumb bell bars, and some plates.

I manage to work out just fine, infact, I have a gym membership that I don’t use, because I like convenience of doing my workouts at home.

I store everything in my closet and drag it all out to my backyard when I workout. Every single plate down to the 2.5 LB plates, even if im not using them.

You think YOUR limited!!!
