Program for Beginner Gains?

Yeah like what about Alexander Kang? He is skinny and he doesn’t even look like he lifts but he is strong as hell.
If you trained and lived like him, I am sure you could get his results.

If you want to lift in single-ply then maybe you can look up to his lifts, but his raw lifts aren’t in exceptional. His meet vids are all (most?) in single-ply, so keep that in mind.

Because I don’t want to interrupt my training cycle.

You are the OP.

What should the title of your log be?

Sure. Forums > Logs > Training Logs > Post New Thread

OP, you are the OP.

OP means “original poster.”

I’m supposed to do it today but I hurt my lower back last Wednesday and I don’t want to risk injuring myself my maxing out today.

Why does it have to be a video at Max? Why can’t it be just to show your form? Though I am a novice in the sport of Power Lifting (only been competing for a year) it just seems like there is always an excuse.

I have been gifted by the coaches of T-Nation with some amazing coaching and here is this person offering to gift to you the same thing…FREE COACHING! Like me, I wanted it and did anything I needed to … to make it happen.

If you always stop yourself from receiving a gift or knowledge with excuses you will ALWAYS be just out of reach of the best you, you can be!

I thought this was AWESOME of you to offer.

I was gifted with something like this over the past three years and I am eternally grateful for where it has taken me since.

I applaud you for trying to pay it forward.

How about if I post in 4 weeks? This will be at the end of my training cycle and after a deload. Are you being serious btw?
I am 100% serious.

I’m going to make you an offer, so pay attention.

Unless you have some sort of medical illness where you are unable to lift and progress, I will help you every step of the way until you get to 190 lbs bodyweight AND you have a 335+/250+/365+ total with passable form for a powerlifting meet.

I am talking about free personalized training advice to the best of my ability. Whatever you need man. I will review form videos, provide a training program, provide you an AFFORDABLE nutrition plan that doesn’t take forever to prepare for the week.

If I don’t know the answer, I’ll find it for you. You will receive as much of my attention on this site as I can give you until you hit your goals.

My only conditions are that you 1) create a workout log here that you update daily, and 2) never deviate from my advice without good reason.

My last condition is that 3) if you don’t make noticeable progress in the next 4 to 8 weeks I can drop you from my responsibilities.

Does that sound fair?

I promise that you are not an experiment, and that you will make your goal. I think you just need some solid direction from someone who has been there, and who is just as serious about your training as you are.

IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT MY OFFER, I CAN SAY THAT IT IS SAD THAT SOME GUY ON THE INTERNET IS MORE SERIOUS THAN YOU ARE ABOUT YOUR OWN GOALS, AND THAT YOU SHOULD FIND ANOTHER HOBBY.
