Prof X: What Injuries Have You Sustained and Gotten Past?

I got a new macbook today and so I used the built in camera. There is no real point.

You can see the difference in my legs. My left leg had reconstruction on the acl in February. It is still smaller.

5’11"
200lbs

Bench: 295
Squat: 385 (down from 405 pre-injury)
Deadlift: 455

I suppose you want video of that. I can’t be bothered to do that.

Dude, it would be stupid to assume that someone with a PHD in medicine and many years of training experience would have avoided injuries by luck.
DDS. PhD’s don’t treat patients.

I can dilute the value of any thread I make. GTFO.

I didn’t say it was entirely by luck. You act as if the pro bodybuilders are too stupid to avoid injury themselves.
…and you act like a doctor doesn’t know more than a pro bodybuilder.

Most doctors probably don’t. Not that you are most doctors.

I am a DDS with a specialty in oral surgery. That means I’ve opened a human body before and just got done suturing a patient before writing this. Any more questions?

I am also a bodybuilder. That makes me a little more knowledgeable about things involving the gym than some others.

How did you go about maxing when you were into powerlifting? Did you wear a belt? A suit?
