Have you considered, Gojira, that Bulking Machine may be…all of us?

Perhaps there’s a little bit of BM in everyone.

Whereever someone howls with masculine pride setting a new PR for cable crossovers…I’ll be there.

Where ever a teenager leaves his bench all sweaty and disgusting…you’ll see me.

When ever a guy tightens up his belt for his seventh set of leg extensions…I’ll be there.

Waiting for the ghost…of BULKING MACHINE!!!

Yeah, I feel like I’ve got a BM coming on now…

And now we know why this is happening… I think we ought to read some John Davies in order to make sure we aren’t left with any scars…

The Anti-Establishment Prison Workout
by Uncle Lou

Recently I’ve received a number of requests for a program which:
(1) Promotes Hypertrophy
(2) Increases Strength
(3) Increases GPP
(4) Decreases PBSB (Probability of Becoming Someones Bitch)
(5) Promotes rapid CNS Recovery after Sustained Beatings

You wanna get strong? You wanna scare people? It’s easy to scare people
on the ‘outside’: a razor to the throat or the barrel of a gun in someone’s
mouth and it’s “Oh No! Don’t Kill Me…P-P-P-Please!” But, on the inside
it’s different. It’s a greater challenge. You’ve got to work for it.
You need to be more than big and strong.
You gotta be PRISON strong. Scary strong.

Much of this program is based on a study recently conducted by
Macy D. and Loco in Cell Block IV. They determined that the following
factors will increase both strength and size:
(1) Lifting heavy for 4-6 hours per day
(2) Sleeping remainder of the day
(3) Wearing orange clothes every day
(4) Two days off per week
(5) Wearing sock or other ‘stretchy’ object on the head
(6) Eating whenever the bell rings and you are ushered into the caf by the gun-wielding
white guy named Ol’ Billy

Alright, enough of the science. You want results! Here’s the
guaranteed path to massive size and strength!
When you’re done with this you’ll be strong…scary PRISON strong

Day 1 (Weeks 1-104)
Do 4-6 reps each set. 115 sets
A1 Bench Press
A2 Squat (may be replaced by Dumbbell Bench Press)
A3 Dead Lift
A4 Standing Military Press (may be replaced by Bench Press)

Day 2 (Weeks 1-104)
Do 4-6 reps each set. Lower sets to 85 to allow greater recovery
A1 Bench Press
A2 Squat
A3 Bench Press
A4 Squat

Limit cardio to 4-6 laps around your cell twice per week.
If you can’t make it to the gym just yank on the bars of your cell
for several consecutive hours

Recommended Supplements:
(1) Smaller people’s food (breakfast)
(2) Smaller people’s food (lunch)
(3) Crack
(4) Mashed Potatoes
(5) Prison ‘Goop’ with extra protein
(6) Peanut Butter Grow! bars.

Hahahahaaa! But Lesotho, that program is unbalanced! Don’t you wanna work the back too?

Hm. What year was that lyric from? His 3/8/95 mug shot shows his weight at 154.

That’s just about a year before he died…so maybe those prison pushups packed ten pounds on!

LOL, this guy is the funniest thing to come along since Mark Lonnie Jr.

Let’s not get carried away here. Mark Lonnie was the man. All I do is ragdoll people now because of him.

I think bulking machine and headshot are one in the same.

Headshot is his alter ego that was created to defend himself.

Or maybe just his mentor. Kind of like Yoda or Mr. Miagi.

Or Uncle Scott from cell block 6.

That Primal Rage monkey is from a video game (of the same name) that I used to love about 8-9 years ago. That game rocked. It was a one on one combat game that pitted prehistoric creatures against each other. That monkey had some serious moves. He had this thing called “Power Puke” where he would shoot this acidic vomit across the screen. Awesome.

As for the primal part of humans and how it relates to weight training, I doubt that cavemen were training with weights. I mean, the guys in the Geico adds are not big at all.

Yeah, Primal Rage was the shit. It was all dinosaurs, except for one or two monkeys, and they beat the hell out of each other to dominate a prehistoric/21st century Earth. It was like bad pseudo-hardcore lifting “poetry,” only it was awesome, and not gay. So, basically it wasn’t anything like the post that started this thread.

Hey, was that an older video game, like nintendo or something like that?

I was just wondering incase it was old enough to find a downloadable computer version for free, like Nesticle or something.

Oh, and sorry about the hijack. I know this is a very serious, motivating, har core thread and I don’t mean to ruin it.

I think we’re talking more like Sega.

I think it was SNES. I had it on my comp at one point.

Get the emulator ZSNES. It takes a while to find ROMs these days but its doable.
