Who here played Pokemon Blue/Red on Gameboy?
I remember spending whole days playing it and drinking orange juice. I still think to this day that’s it’s the best game I’ve ever played. It was simple enough you could just pick it up and start playing yet challenging and addicting.
Hellz yeah, bruh. I was at a friend’s house and her younger brother was playing Pokemon. The music made me melt in nostalgia.
missing no.!!!
Luckily in middle school we were taught Japanese, so I was able to play Pokemon on an import GameBoy way before it came to the US. Simply playing it in Japanese though was hard as shit, tracking down Mew just topped it all off.
It was an awesome game, and I will admit that I loved it. If they made a new one for PSP (which won’t ever happen) I would definitely buy it.

haha. dude, NOBODY makes games for the PSP. however, the revamped versions of Gold and Silver came out for DS a couple months ago. I picked up silver. definitely worth the purchase, a lot of really cool features implemented in this one.

Shit really? I might have to get a DS just for that. Would it be worth it?
PS: I love how T-Nation combines both opposite ends of my personality and interests. The fact that I can obtain endless information about both bodybuilding/nutrition and tech/games is simple awesome.
Yea i loved pokemon on on the gameboy. Played the hell out of it to the point that my gameboy broke. But that was all. Even at that age, i believed that pokemon was milking the shit out of it, with pokemon yellow, gold, Azul, diamond, ruby, green, Golden yellow, Brick red, Purple, Light urple, etc. As soon as i saw yellow come out, i said Im done, they are gonna kill this shit. I was like in 6th grade…
I’m now watching two Nintendo DS packages with Pokemon Gold or Silver on eBay. Damn it Wormwood.
I think they have too many pokemons now. 151 was a good number, enough to make it a challenge but not impossible. Now with 400+ its just ridiculous.
Lol well the storyline was complete bullshit. Its like, OMG there is an island over there we’ve never seen before, and it has 100+ pokemon on it that people have been capturing for a long ass time, and they have the same technology as us, and Blah. And they pulled that shit several times lol

Sounds like the tv show Lost, wait maybe that’s the answer…
BTW I am for sure buying a DS and Gold/Silver on eBay right now, the game got great reviews. My inner-child is spankin’ it right now.
I had the blue and got the yellow then silver. I played the shit out of those games.
Apparently the record for beating the blue/red/yellow series is under 2 hours…which baffles me because I spent at least a day’s worth of playing to beat that game.
Pokemon red was the best game ever. i used to play it for so long i would stand up go blind and fall over lol. I used to also hear the music still playing in my head when i went to bed.
Did you guys just level up your main character and rare candy the shit out of all the other pokemon?
Haha and then just completely rape the final four guys? yes.
had a really popular pokemon website as an enterprising 6th grader back in the advent of the internet, surfing around on AOL. made about $1,000 with it in a few months, bought a Goped and never updated the thing again. lol.
Just won a Nintendo DS with Pokemon SoulSilver on eBay for $71, seemed like a good price to me.
It’s going to be great to play the game in English this time around.
nobody plays Gay ass pokemon !
wow thats creeepy seeing people still into that shit.
God of war is the only hand held I ever played.
I did use to hustle around selling yu-gi-oh cards back in middle school.
I remember making good money.

The fact that you used the words “hustle” and “yu-gi-oh cards” in the same sentence completely disqualifies any thoughts or opinions you might have on anything.
