Everytime we ask for a pic he posts that Primal Rage gorilla…I think that IS his pic.
Now I have an image of a roided out monkey bashing away at a keyboard stuck in my brain…
Not to be a ‘hater’ or anything, but 182 at 6’1" isn’t very bulky.
I have to respectfully disagree: juicehead monkeys are NOTORIOUS grammar mavens. I head a rumor that William Safire’s “On Language” column has been ghost-written by a gibbon on test for years.

Headshot is his alter ego that was created to defend himself.
Or maybe just his mentor. Kind of like Yoda or Mr. Miagi.
Or Uncle Scott from cell block 6.
That Primal Rage monkey is from a video game (of the same name) that I used to love about 8-9 years ago. That game rocked. It was a one on one combat game that pitted prehistoric creatures against each other. That monkey had some serious moves. He had this thing called “Power Puke” where he would shoot this acidic vomit across the screen. Awesome.
As for the primal part of humans and how it relates to weight training, I doubt that cavemen were training with weights. I mean, the guys in the Geico adds are not big at all.
Put to use the popular T-Nation saying “Learn to manage fatigue, not seek it.”
Also, 6’1 and 182lbs is NOT bulky, no matter what you may think. So please, don’t call yourself a bulking machine because you are not.
And lastly, your uncle gained over 100lbs of muscle in one year? In prison nonetheless? I’m going to have to say that is impossible. You may be delusional.

LOL, this guy is the funniest thing to come along since Mark Lonnie Jr.

Let us know how huge you get training 8-10 hours a day, and for God’s sake keep posting.

Ecsacktly wat Im sayin!! That’s why Crack is suck an quality, overlooked supplement.
Just think of all the extra time you can spend in the gym if you didn’t get any sleep.
A job is no excuse. If you work at a desk job, find something heavy to lift.
I don’t care if it’s your desk, a supply cabinet, or big Burtha who needs two seets just to support her fat ass.
You can find ways to lift heavy ALL DAY!
That’s what makes people HYYYUUUUUGGGEE! The amount of time spent lifting weights!

hell, just take an english class. i think youd be one hell of a writer/motivator if you applied yourself to it. would be great for all the other weightlifters out there too. you seem to exceed in motivation…and your thoughts about lifting…but you only lack the proper writing skills.
just throwing out the facts, thats all. nice to see you trying though bulking machine. youre a good guy.

What kind of training template do you follow? 100x3? EDT with two 4 hour PR Zones?
Writing stuff like this will go a long way in making you a living legend on these boards, but it definitely won’t be beneficial with regard to being taken seriously. Whatever, keep posting.
I believe the 8 to 10 hours of weight training a day was what he was saying his uncle did in order to gain over 100lbs of muscle in one year in the PEN, not the pin.

So I’m sitting here at quarter till 0-DARK-30 in the little guard shack by myself, laughing outloud like a mental patient, hoping no one overhears me. Please, as long as I work nights, keep posting. You are very motivational to me.
On a related but perhaps more intelligible note, how many of you use cues or “diddies” to assist you training? For example, I often say/think “BEND THE BAR!” or “CRUSH!” when I’m taking a movement to the limit. There’s something powerful about the rough, loud, obscene act of yelling, grunting and screaming, the primitive progenitor of dignified social communication. Makes me picture bending the oly bar into a groutesque twisted lawn ornament, or crushing the pull up or deadlift bar in my hands. Get all fired up lik sum sort of aminal…ARGGGHHH im gettin mowtivated to gough trane…

Tupac used to do 1000 pushups a day while he was in jail… just a random fact.
