Does anyone know of any programs that focus on Prevention/Mobility/Flexibility?
Something that is done in a progression type model. Similar to the knees over toes in that it can be an addition.

Injury prevention doesn’t exist outside of progressively getting stronger in the ranges of motion where you need to express force, which is just training
Take care of your connective tissues. Louie says to do, outside the gym:
3 sets of 100 band pushdowns for your triceps and elbows, twice a week.
And 2 sets of 50 band GMs for the lower back, 2 x 100 reps of band leg curls for hamstrings, twice a week.
Matt Wenning uses a warm up circuit of 4 sets x 25 reps x 3 lifts to get warmed up before the big lifts. The lifts in the warm up target your weak muscles and faulty movement patterns, so you get “practice” moving correctly before you get under the heavy barbells.
Here’s a Poliquin article about looking for weak muscle groups and targeting them to achieve structural balance and prevent injuries.
I don’t know much about these “GOATA” guys, but they seem to have a whole thing with progressions of times and and weights.
Charlatans. Dont waste your time with these guys man, you’re smarter than that
