I don’t think your legs look funny, not even one bit.

The cake you don’t eat, I will. In return, I will give you my pie allotment.

I’d love to know why you like holidays. I just don’t get them, and I sorta would like to.
For me its the chance to get together with friends and sometimes family and do really cool stuff for them. Like cook a really big Thanksgiving dinner for my friends, or making elaborate Easter baskets, or getting dressed up and giving out candy to all the kids. Making popcorn and watching Its a Wonderful life and a Christmas Story.

Its just a good time to be a little less cynical and guarded.

Plus it can’t hurt that I"m a big kid.

Damn Joe, a sub 4.4 40 is beyond impressive.

Right now I’m reading pre-communist Baltic economists.

I see what you did there… very sneaky.

I thought I was pretty fast way back when, but I never ran a 4.4 40. That’s damn fast. I thought there had to be some speed left in those legs what with the flag football and all.
I’m only a fraction of as fast as I used to be but yeah I’m still beating the kids on the go routes.

my crazy family has traumatized me about holidays. I always dream for something quiet and simple and pleasant…never happens.

Joe: that rack pull was as awesome as pie. I need to add those back into my workouts.
I’m probably pushing it doing them right now but I can’t just stop all pulling.
scottgomez wrote:
Nice volume on your back day. You must be destroyed after a day like this.
I feel terrible right after I finish but I recover super fast because aside from the rack pulls everything is easy on the CNS.

So for dinner I had an enormous bowl of pinto beans and cornbread which probably makes no sense to anyone outside of the south.

can you say “GI distress”?

I sure would be if I ate that for dinner

you sure are keeping it interesting with the different training

I’m glad I went in carb depleted or I would have been suffering.

while I’m waiting for my back to get straight I’m try to improve the old appearance and taking the chance to try every effed up or odd sounding training device I’ve ever heard of.

I am happy to report that back feels fine after the Rack Pulls.

That’s pretty darn obscure 'fer sure.

I guarantee 9 out of 10 people you stop in the street wouldn’t even know what a Baltic state is/was.

Next you’ll tell me that there are economists that write about the state of Alabama.
