The bodybuilding type training is a nice change from straight powerlifting stuff. I do some of this once a week with good results. Perhaps you’ll even come to like it, just a wee bit?
Yeah I can just see it now, fake tan all oiled up and doing burn outs.

Perhaps if nothing else it will do something for my invisible biceps.
Invisible biceps, whatever…

I look like an idiot doing my lunges too.

nice music selection.

you need to give us a bicep pic so we can vote in wether or not they are invisible Joe

That’s right. Let us vote on the biceps.

I think you need to give the ladies what they want Joe…

I like your taste in punk. hole violet was new to me, so it is now on my “build a playlist” list.

Shrinebuilder is perfect for pre-training psych sessions

And remember, the double biceps pose is best done alone in the bathroom. There is no reason to bring anyone else in to your dirty little secret.

True. And trim your arm pit hairs before the pic. No one wants to see a couple of Don Kings sticking out.

I’m thinking Catfish and cornbread… baked or fried… Which I would be fried doing all that supersetting. Way to train around your injury.

Thanks guys, I will spare you the pic though. I promise nobody wants to see that.

No, we girls really want the bicep pic.

Thats cool, I saw them at Oz Fest once, that was the year I went to Lilith Fair and Oz fest in the same year.

Seriously I do not have biceps, you guys should ask git for one.

KP,I hope you were check for multiple diseases after that kiss.

Great training Joe. I’m sure you have a biceps or two. If you do post a pic please don’t trim anything or else you’re out of the man club.

ROFL, no trimming needed. Genetically I’m a strange combination of mostly Native American, Irish, and Jewish. So I’m a redhead who can’t grow a beard and has very lightly colored body hair.

So ends todays TMI portion.

No such thing as too much. anything. more is always better. except for decline presses. that’s how I hurt my shoulder the first time, so any decline pressing is too much.

Which Ministry album do you like most? I am all about Filth Pig

I am thinking that when I go back to 5/3/1 I’m going to up the assistance work volume.

I am all about The Land of Rape and Honey but that might be cheating.
