Here we have two giant blueberry pancakes with four eggs and three strips of bacon along with a side order of two biscuits with sausage gravy

A slab of ribs from Dreamland BBQ, you might think you have good ribs but these are the best, ever.

Cube steak with brown gravy and cheese grits.
Now while we are on the subject of eatting I believe I said I would eat my inzer wrist wraps if snapper was 45 so here we go and a bonus deadlift too.

The food looks great. We had the most beautiful t-bones on Saturday. I can still taste them. My guy can fire up a grill.
Good training and great food. I’ve never had grits. They look like cream of wheat.
