Well at the time it was hard to tell if I was or wasn’t.

For that particular video the camera should have been on the other side.

And facing away from Joe.

Very true, I’ll speak to the director.

Milies felt surprisingly heavy today. I have to lift four days in a row this week so I’m glad its a deload week.

Good work Joe, and thanks for the video. All I get are delinquent teenage boys in my gym.

Being a true lifting enthusiast I stayed focused on your lifting technique and wasn’t distracted by the nubile young flesh appearing in your vid. You’re throwing that 365 DL around like it’s nothing. Strong.

Wait!? Deload already? Man time flies!

Joe, great work in here. Some the scenery ain’t bad either. Keep it up!

ice work with the millies and the Krocs. I wish my shoulders would stay together so I could do millies.

JW, I freaking hate milies, I mean I hate them.

Thanks jack, I try to keep the videos up to form.

GM’s

3x10x190

Jebus did everything feel heavy.

If everything felt heavy, then good thing it was a deload with no money sets to worry about. Some days are like this, alas.

The thing that is always odd though Kimba is that deload weeks always feel heavy. Doesn’t matter what the lift is either.

Must be a head thing.

I experience the same thing. I am not sure if it is because we are beat up, and it really is heavy. or if it is because our mind tells us it is because we know we are not going any higher. Kind of like the body/mind gears up for what it knows is coming.

I agree with Strick. I think its because you are not motivated to lift and anything feels heavy. Also, you expect it to feel light, because it is comparatively, but it is still heavy if you are not geared up to put forth effort. Its like doing chores with a bad attitude–it always feels longer and harder to get the chores done when you are not in the right frame of mind.

Thats good to know guys, glad I’m not alone in my lunacy.

Cycle 8-Week 4-Day 3

Good deload.

I always struggle with trying to do too much, but it looks like you’re hitting things right.

Deload over!? Back to the fun stuff?

Good Job Joe. Sorry havent contriubuted to your thread after all the good things you say in mine. I had the same problem with deload week. So I started doing more accessory work and not even do the big four. To me it lets me concentrate on actually recovering and gives me some motivation to lift. Because what has been said I couldnt get my mind right with the programmed deload on 5/3/1

It is over as of now. I hate these thigns.

Anyone we know or was it just a random spotting like a rare bird?

I’ve said it before. Krocs are heinous. The foot wear I mean. The rows are good.
