Does the Hang Clean make sense as an accessory movement on press and bench days? Usually I do bent over rows but was thinking about switching it up.
Olympic movements are not assistance movements. A clean or snatch is not the same as a calf raise or the beloved zottman curl. I recommend doing olympic movements first. So:
Warm up
Mobility
Jumps
Clean
Squat
Supplemental
Assistance (always back raises and abs)
