I’m a 55 years old Kick & Thai boxing average practitionner that would like to try the Conditioning Predator training as described in this site article:
“1.â??Choose a conditioning exercise. Go hard for 15 to 30 seconds, roughly.
2.â??Catch your breath. Don’t “rest”, just wait for the black spots to fade from your vision.
3.â??Repeat.
4.â??Stop after 10 to 20 minutes.”
Do you think that at my age I still can do it? As an indicator of my current condition, I would say that I still can do combinations of 3 blows (kicking & punching) with my max power against an heavy bag, each 7 seconds, during one single 3 minutes round. It’s not big deal, I know, but that’s what i can do currently.
